Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Articles with discounts are final sale, can not be exchanged and no credit will be given.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer must create a return shipping label and send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case the product has a defect, the client has to make a claim directly to the manufacturer, as RunLife PR is not responsible for manufacturing defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items on SALE, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, underwear, compression gear, swimsuits, skincare products), electronic products (Garmin, Suunto) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We have a strict NO REFUND policy. We only process returns and credits. If the item is in brand new condition, we will proceed to exchange the item, or issue a store credit, which you will have six (6) months to redeem. The credit will not be exchanged for cash.
We have a strict 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after buying or receiving your item to request an exchange.
Client agrees that articles can be returned/exchanged in the first 14 days since purchase, with proof of receipt, in brand new condition, unused, with their tags and labels; that there is no money return; that in case of an exchange/return RunLife PR will provide the client with a store credit for the amount paid, and that articles reduced, on sale or on clearance are final sale and can't be returned/exchanged.
Store credits are valid for six (6) months.
Lay-Away Policy
You can select items for lay-away for sixty (60) days, paying 50% of the value of the item. No refund will be given if the client declines the purchase of the item. If the 60 days go by without client paying the items, the items will be put in regular stock and client looses the money paid until then.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
